#LatePaymentProof social media competition | Accountex 2025

These terms and conditions apply to the #LatePaymentProof social media competition (“Competition”) conducted by Chaser Technologies Limited (“Chaser”). By participating, entrants agree to comply with these terms.

1. Competition eligibility and entry requirements

• Competition period: The competition will run from 9:30 AM BST on May 14, 2025, to 9:30 AM BST on May 20, 2025.
• Eligibility: The competition is open exclusively to registered attendees or exhibitors at Accountex London 2025 who are 18 years or older.
• Participation requirements: To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Follow Chaser on LinkedIn.
2. Take a photo featuring a Chaser umbrella.
3. Post the photo publicly on LinkedIn within the competition period.
4. Tag Chaser’s company LinkedIn account and use the hashtag #LatePaymentProof.
5. Ensure the post remains public and accessible until at least 9:30 AM BST on May 20, 2025.
6. Additional competition entries can be earned by posting on other social media platforms, in addition to the mandatory LinkedIn post. Limit: 1 post per platform.

2. Voucher rewards

• Prize details: Three (3) winners will each receive a £50 voucher.
• Voucher type: Vouchers will be issued through BHN Rewards. Participants will receive a link to redeem their voucher (Amazon, Uber, Deliveroo, etc.) via the BHN Rewards platform.
• Winner selection: Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and how well the post showcases the spirit of the competition. To keep things fair, a panel from the Chaser team will carefully review all eligible entries. Three winners will be announced on Chaser’s official LinkedIn page on May 20, 2025.

3. Issuance and redemption of vouchers

• Voucher issuance date: Vouchers will be issued by EOD on May 23, 2025.
• Distribution method: Winners will receive an email with a unique voucher code and instructions on how to redeem it.
• Voucher fulfillment: Participants will receive a link to redeem their voucher via the BHN Rewards platform (valid for 90 days).

4. Special conditions

• Winners will be contacted via LinkedIn direct message or the social media account used for their entry.
• Winners will need to provide their email address to receive their award voucher.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited.
• Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email.

5. General conditions

• Modification or cancellation: Chaser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• Limitation of liability: Chaser is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries or technical issues affecting participation.
• Data usage: By entering, participants consent to Chaser referencing or reposting their entry on Chaser’s social channels for promotional purposes. No personal data will be stored beyond what is necessary for winner notification and prize distribution.
