    How FHC helped their client Docuflow get paid 54 days faster

FHC help clients like Docuflow to migrate to cloud accounting software, like Chaser's cloud accounts receivables software - and integrate with applications that help them to improve efficiency and better manage their cash flow.

    One of FHC's clients, Docuflow, is an independent Ireland provider of print, mail, and document workflows services and solutions. Docuflow had been struggling with a number of slow payers restricting their cash flow. They became fed up with spending team hours on payment reminder calls and emails to their late-paying customers manually. Not only was this time-consuming for the Docuflow team, but it was in conflict with their friendly service persona.

    To solve these issues, FHC introduced Chaser's accounts receivables software at Docuflow - with a particular focus on implementing automated reminders, statements, and payment portals with flexible payment options for Docuflow's customers.

    During setup, FHC prioritised ensuring Chaser was set up to chase in a polite, friendly and personalised way - in line with Docuflow's friendly service persona. Emails could be personalised with customer information, sent from their regular sender's email address, and Docuflow could offer greater payment flexibility to customers through the Payment Portal.
