Last year, in response to a clear gap faced by our software customers, Chaser launched an outsourced credit control service. As well as managing the Chaser application on behalf of customers, Chaser’s team of credit controllers oversee all the chasing and responding to debtor-related enquiries acting as a natural extension to their team.
It proved a hit, with 25 customers now using us as their outsourced credit control function! Since launching 7 months ago, there has not been a single customer churn.
We have huge growth aspirations and are now looking for an ambitious person to join our team to help scale this new line of business. The role is targeted towards an individual who can show results, but also show the aptitude to help the team scale over time.
Reporting into the CRO, you will take ownership of a new service line that has grown quickly and shown to be valuable to Chaser’s customers. You’ll be supported by a team who have been there and done it, but it will be for you to find new customers and determine a strategic path for the growth of this service line.
