These terms and conditions apply to The 2025 late payment report ("report") conducted by Chaser Technologies Limited ("Chaser"). By participating in this report, participants agree to comply with these terms.
1. Report eligibility and offer details
- Report period: The 2025 late payment report will be available from 12:00 am GMT on March 13, 2025, until Chaser determines a sufficient number of responses have been received. The final closing date will be communicated in due course and reflected on this page.
- Eligibility: This report is open to individuals submitting responses on behalf of a business using a valid business email address. Submissions from temporary inboxes or personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) will not be eligible for the voucher.
- Participation requirements: To qualify for the voucher reward, participants must:
- Complete all required report questions with meaningful and valid responses.
- Use a legitimate and verifiable business email address.
- Submit only one response per business.
2. Voucher rewards
- Voucher amount and currency: Participants who meet all eligibility criteria will receive a voucher in one of the following amounts:
- GBP (£10)
- USD ($15)
- AUD ($20)
- Currency selection: Participants will receive the voucher in the currency selected during their survey completion.
- One-time issuance: Each eligible business may only receive one voucher, regardless of the number of submissions.
3. Issuance and redemption of vouchers
- Voucher issuance date: Vouchers will be issued in two scheduled batches:
- First batch: Issued by April 30, 2025, for responses submitted by April 15, 2025.
- Final batch: Issued by June 30, 2025, for all remaining eligible responses submitted before the report closes.
- Distribution method: Participants will receive an email with their unique voucher code and instructions on how to redeem their voucher.
- Voucher fulfillment: Vouchers will be issued through BHN Rewards. Participants will receive a link to redeem their voucher via the BHN Rewards platform.
4. Special conditions
- Fraudulent or invalid responses: Chaser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits incomplete, misleading, or spam responses, including but not limited to nonsensical answers in open-text fields.
- Chaser’s discretion: Chaser reserves the right to deny voucher issuance to any participant at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, employees of Chaser, individuals affiliated with competitors, and known associates of Chaser.
- Non-transferability: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. General conditions
- Modification and termination: Chaser reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the report and voucher offer at any time without prior notice.
- Limitation of liability: Chaser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays arising from participation in this report or voucher redemption.
- Governing law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
