We’ve raised £3M in growth round funding!

Written by The Chaser Team | 11 Nov, '19

We are extremely excited to announce this morning that we have raised £3M in Growth Round Funding!

The round is led by Fuel Ventures with participation from existing investors including Sussex Place Ventures, Beacon Capital and Director and early-investor in Xero, Craig Winkler.

It’s amazing to be backed by such experienced and forward thinking people, and to know they share the Chaser vision of liberating SMEs from late payments.

So we’d like to say a HUGE thank you to our investors!

Founder and Managing Partner of Fuel, Mark Pearson said of the funding:

“We’re excited to have joined Chaser on their journey as they continue to deliver effective and ground-breaking Cloud Credit Control. They have already established themselves as a market-leader and with the introduction of ChaseAcademy, will only continue to innovate the Cloud Accounting landscape. They have a very exciting future ahead of them and we are thrilled to be a part of it.”

This funding round is also a testament to our Partners and users.

This is a huge milestone for us, and a success to be shared with every one of our users and Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners. This wouldn’t have been possible without your continued support and feedback. Thank you all for being such an integral part of our story. Every review, product feedback session, and chasing email that has been sent has helped us in creating the market-leading Cloud Credit Control software!

We’re looking to the future!

This capital will enable us to continue our rapid team expansion and focus on developing our product as the market-leading Cloud Credit Control software- helping SMEs across the globe to combat the late payment problem.

ChaseAcademy, our first of its kind Virtual Credit Control Service incubator will remain a core strategic focus for us. With 34 firms on Cohort One, we are changing the late payment landscape by equipping our ChaseAcademy Partners with the practical know-how to effectively deliver an outsourced credit control service to their SME clients. This funding round will enable us to develop and expand this programme, bringing Virtual Credit Control to the masses.

We will also be investing heavily in data science, building out the intelligence side of Chaser to empower our Partners to add more value to their Virtual Credit Control offering. We will also be expanding our Product Development team (so keep your eyes peeled for lots of exciting new features in 2020).

AND, following the success of our trip to Australia for Xerocon 2019, we’ll be focusing on exciting developments there!

So here’s to the future!
