1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Auto-calls functionality ("Service") provided by Chaser Technologies Limited ("Chaser," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Offer period
The free Auto-calls functionality will be available to eligible paying users of Chaser Technologies Limited from February 14th, 2024, to June 30, 2024 ("Offer Period").
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the free Auto-calls functionality during the Offer Period, users must be paying customers of Chaser on the Standard or Enterprise plan. Free trial users, non-paying customers, users on a basic plan or users who are billed by Xero and their app store are not eligible for this offer.
4. Billing terms after the offer period
After the Offer Period, any usage of the Auto-call functionality will be subject to Chaser‘s usual fee schedule. Users will be billed according to the pricing structure at the time of usage.
5. Modification of terms
Chaser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the free Auto-calls functionality offer at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
6. Termination of offer
Chaser reserves the right to terminate the free Auto-calls functionality offer before June 30, 2024, if deemed necessary. In the event of termination, users will be notified in advance, and the offer will cease to apply from the termination date.
7. User responsibility
Users are responsible for complying with these Terms and for any charges incurred for Auto-call functionality usage after the Offer Period.
8. Limitation of liability
Chaser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Auto-call functionality, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
