You may have already noticed but you can now get credit reports for your customers directly from the customer page, in the new Credit Report tab. (Receivables > Customer page > Credit Report). From there, you can see the entire report, and then see the score displayed on the summary card for the customer page.
This is an important step towards integrating credit risk with your customers, enabling you to have more information to make the right decisions.
To add to that, we are bringing SMS Chasing to Chaser. This has been a heavily requested feature, as it will allow for a new level of escalation and reach with automatic reminders. Take a look at our website section for more details.
