These Terms and Conditions (Terms) pertain to the Chaser Technologies Limited Free £200* Voucher promotion in the UK, USA and Australia (Promotion). By participating in this Promotion and claiming a reward, you agree to abide by these terms.

This Promotion is promoted by Chaser Technologies Limited, 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX. The rewards are administered by BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) https://www.bhnrewards.com .

Eligibility:

You are eligible for this Promotion if:

• You are aged 18 or over.
• Your friend signed up for a Chaser subscription between 25 January 2024, and 14 March 2024 (this offer is not available to customers who started a free trial before this period, only for those that are still in a free trial at the end of these dates and become eligible customers after paying for 2 months subscription).
• Your friend must take a paid plan or a free trial by the 14th of March and you will both receive your vouchers when your friend has used a paid Chaser plan for 2 months and are a current customer (pending deleted accounts are ineligible).
• Your friend has not received a discount or other promotion relating to their Chaser subscription.
• You or your friend are not an employee of Chaser, an immediate family member of such employees, or any other person connected with this Promotion.
• You and your friend are a business trading in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia.
• Chaser reserves the right to require further details to assess your eligibility for this Promotion and can reject any registration that it considers, in its absolute discretion, to be fraudulent or invalid.

Please note that this offer is limited to one per friend. If multiple subscriptions are purchased, the friend can claim only one voucher. However, there is no limit to how many friends you can refer.

Claim your reward:

If you're eligible for this Promotion:

• After your friend pays their second-month fee for their Chaser subscription, you will both receive an email with your unique voucher code and an access link to select one £100* voucher, or equivalent in your local currency.
• The link will take you to BHN Rewards, where you can select your voucher.
• Rewards can be issued in the following currencies: GBP, USD, AUD.

Closing date:

You must redeem your voucher within 90 days; the reward link will expire after this date and will not be replaced.

Your reward:

If you're eligible for this Promotion, you and your friend can both choose one £100* voucher, or equivalent in your local currency, available from BHN Rewards.

Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer and has its own expiry date. Your code is valid for one-time use only. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Chaser's control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value.

Limitation of liability:

Other than liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, neither Chaser nor BHN Rewards is responsible or liable for any costs, claims, losses, or expenses occurring in relation to this Promotion. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the rewards offered in this Promotion. Neither Chaser nor BHN Rewards accepts any responsibility for incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed, or failed claims.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Housekeeping:

Chaser Technologies Limited may cancel or amend this Promotion or these Terms in exceptional circumstances outside of its control.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other price promotions or offers.

User responsibility:

Users are responsible for complying with these Terms and for any charges incurred for Chaser.

Limitation of liability

Chaser Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Chaser, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
