Credit controller / Accounts receivables clerk / Bookeeper

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for managing the debts of our customers. You will oversee all debts owed to our clients and manage requests for credit. You will liaise closely with around 10/12 customers on a weekly basis to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control service.


You will be measured on: 

  • Customer satisfaction 
  • Managing debt recovery


  • You have excellent numeracy and IT skills.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is desirable but not a dealbreaker. 
  • You can maintain meaningful relationships with new customers to deliver outstanding customer service.

    • Christmas shutdown in 2021 - as a reward and as a thank you for achieving all the milestones we set out in 2021. We felt it important to let our staff recharge their batteries. 
    • Half day Fridays in the summer of 2021 - we know how short the summer is in the UK, so we set goals that if achieved, would give staff Friday afternoons off throughout August.
