Chaser at DynamicsCon Chicago: Key highlights and AI in receivables

DynamicsCon Live Chicago 2025 brought together the global Microsoft Dynamics community for three impactful days of learning, discussion, and connection. Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, the event welcomed over 2,000 attendees and featured 80+ sessions across Business Central, Finance and Operations, Power Platform, and more.

For Chaser, the event was a key opportunity to meet face-to-face with the Dynamics community, exhibit receivables automation in action, and share knowledge on how AI is transforming accounts receivable for Dynamics users. Positioned at stand 602, Chaser connected with finance professionals, IT consultants, and business leaders, showcasing how automation, AI, and smart workflows can deliver real impact in giving businesses greater visibility and control over their accounts receivables; helping them to reduce late payments and save time.

Chaser’s session: How AI is transforming accounts receivable for Dynamics users

Chaser’s talk, “How AI is transforming accounts receivable for Dynamics users,” saw an audience of over 100 people fill the room, with a warm reception and plenty of follow-up questions.

Amaya ready to share how businesses can use AI in their receivables

Led by Amaya Woods, Head of Marketing at Chaser, the session explored why manual receivables processes are holding businesses back, and how AI and automation can deliver clarity, efficiency, and faster payments. Attendees heard how the average mid-sized business still spends over 14 hours a week on receivables admin (Intuit) - and how solutions like Chaser are helping teams save that time for work that actually adds value.

Amaya shared insights from Chaser’s research, including data from over 400 businesses on how tools like Business Central alone often fall short in helping organizations manage their receivables effectively (The 2022 late payment report). The presentation explained how Chaser’s features—such as AI-powered payer ratings, late payment predictors, and automated multi-channel reminders—can reduce Days Sales Outstanding by up to 76%, based on real customer results.

The audience was particularly engaged during the Q&A portion, where questions focused on Dynamics integrations, debtor segmentation, and what AI in receivables actually looks like in practice. It was clear that the appetite for improvement is strong—and that finance leaders are ready to explore better solutions.

At the stand: talking receivables with Dynamics users

Across the three days, Chaser’s stand drew hundreds of visitors eager to discuss accounts receivable processes, challenges with Business Central, and ways to streamline operations. For many, the frustration was clear: time lost on manual chasing, disconnected tools, and a lack of visibility into debtor activity and communications.

The conversations focused on how Chaser can solve exactly those pain points. Visitors were especially interested in the Receivables page—a centralized CRM-style view of all invoices, debtors, and payment communications. This transparency means teams no longer have to rely on scattered spreadsheets or personal inboxes.

Chaser’s email inbox integration capabilities also received a lot of attention. This feature automatically syncs debtor responses and email chases into one place, so every member of the team can see what’s happening with any account, at any time. Attendees appreciated that this not only improves team efficiency, but also strengthens customer relationships with consistent, professional follow-ups.

Key features demonstrated at the stand included:

  • AI-generated payer ratings and late payment predictors
  • Segmented follow-up workflows - for example good vs. bad payers, debtors in different regions
  • Multi-channel reminders via email, SMS, automated calls, and letters
  • Fully tracked customer communication logs
  • Recommended chase times based on AI behavior data
  • Instant Dynamics 365 Business Central integration, with no-code setup

Many attendees noted the appeal of being able to try Chaser for free for 10 days, especially given how quick it is to connect with Dynamics.

Freebies and fun: the Chaser travel bag and late payment report

A standout moment for many visitors was picking up the highly sought-after Chaser travel bag. Designed for busy professionals on the go, the travel bags went fast—and for anyone who missed out, there’s still hope: Chaser will be at future events across the UK and US. Find out where to meet the team next on the events page.

In addition to the bags, attendees were invited to contribute to Chaser’s 2025 Late Payment Report—an industry report compiled with data from finance professionals worldwide. Those who take part receive a $15 voucher, and the insights help build a clearer picture of today’s payment landscape.

Connecting with other Dynamics experts and partners

One of the standout aspects of DynamicsCon is the opportunity to learn from other solutions and thought leaders in the ecosystem. Chaser spent time engaging with like-minded companies, including Nuvei, Nodus, DynCollective, and others delivering valuable solutions across the Dynamics stack.

It was especially interesting to attend sessions that explored overlapping challenges in accounts receivable and payments. The session on “Accounts Receivables and Collections Tools—Creating a Unique Workspace for A/R” underlined one of Chaser’s key differentiators: instant usability. Whereas many mid-sized businesses struggle with setting up Microsoft’s AR workspace or filtering views for segmented data, Chaser delivers visibility and cohesion from day one, with no configuration headaches.

On a more personal note, the session “Unlock AI’s Potential in Sales and Marketing” by Sam Bush at NetStock stood out as a particular highlight. A huge thank you goes to the speaker for sharing practical strategies and prompt templates that will directly influence future marketing initiatives at Chaser.

Final thoughts

DynamicsCon Live Chicago 2025 proved just how much appetite there is across the Microsoft Dynamics community to improve financial operations and embrace smarter tools. From conversations at the stand to questions during the talk, one theme kept surfacing: the need to stop accepting manual accounts receivable processes as “just the way things are.”

With tools like Chaser now available, it’s easier than ever to gain full visibility over receivables, automate follow-ups, and start getting paid faster—without compromising customer relationships or wasting valuable team time.

Thank you to everyone who attended the session, stopped by the stand, or shared feedback. It was a pleasure to connect—and the journey to improving receivables continues.
