Receive a £10 voucher when you attend a Chaser demo

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) pertain to the Chaser Technologies Limited Free £10 Voucher promotion in the UK (Promotion). By participating in this Promotion and claiming a reward, you agree to abide by these terms.

This Promotion is promoted by Chaser Technologies Limited, 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX. The rewards are administered by BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) https://www.bhnrewards.com .

Eligibility:

You are eligible for this Promotion if:

• You are aged 18 or over.
• You attended a meeting with one of Chaser's accounts receivable experts before 11:59 pm on 31 May 2024.
• You booked the meeting using a business email address.
• You are not a current Chaser customer.
• You are not an employee of Chaser, an immediate family member of such employees, or any other person connected with this Promotion.
• You are a business trading in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand or Ireland. 
• Chaser reserves the right to require further details to assess your eligibility for this Promotion and can reject any registration that it considers, in its absolute discretion, to be fraudulent or invalid.

Please note that this offer is limited to one per company.

Claim your reward:

If you're eligible for this Promotion:

• After attending the meeting with Chaser's receivable expert, you will receive an email with your unique voucher code and an access link to select a 10 GBP voucher or its equivalent in your local currency: either 14 USD or 20 AUD.
• The link will take you to BHN Rewards, where you can select your voucher.
• The voucher can only be issued in GBP, AUD or USD. 

Closing date:

You must redeem your voucher by August 31, 2024; the promotional link will expire after this date and will not be replaced.

Your reward:

If you're eligible for this Promotion, you can choose one of free £10 vouchers, or equivalent in your local currency, available from BHN Rewards.

Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer and has its own expiry date. Your code is valid for one-time use only. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Chaser's control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value.

Limitation of liability:

Other than liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, neither Chaser nor BHN Rewards is responsible or liable for any costs, claims, losses, or expenses occurring in relation to this Promotion. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the rewards offered in this Promotion. Neither Chaser nor BHN Rewards accepts any responsibility for incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed, or failed claims.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Chaser Technologies Limited may cancel or amend this Promotion or these Terms in exceptional circumstances outside of its control.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other price promotions or offers.

User responsibility:

Users are responsible for complying with these Terms and for any charges incurred for SMS payment reminders functionality usage after the Offer Period.

Limitation of liability

Chaser Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the SMS payment reminders functionality, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
