Chaser was established with strong determination and a simple objective - to assist enterprises worldwide in receiving prompt, efficient, and friendly payments, saving them time on manual tasks while enhancing their cash flow.
Originally launched in 2014 as a credit control application by a Finance Director who was frustrated with the manual procedures and inefficiencies in chasing payments, Chaser is currently revolutionizing the way businesses approach payments.
Typically, chasing invoices or requesting payment is viewed as a negative activity that creates discomfort, causes stress and wastes time for both the business that has not paid and the business that needs to receive payment. According to Intuit QuickBooks, businesses today spend 56.4 million hours each year chasing overdue payments manually. Additionally, in the UK alone, 50,000 small and medium-sized businesses fail each year due to late payments. It doesn't have to be this way.
Chaser believes that trust is the cornerstone of all business relationships. Therefore, our solutions and services aim to make payment chasing comfortable, effortless, and swift. We strive to instill confidence in businesses that they will receive payment for their work, no matter what.
