Last week, the Chaser team had the pleasure of attending Sage Future 2026, and what a fantastic few days it was.
Held in San Francisco, the event brought together Sage users and partners from across the globe. With thousands of finance and accounting professionals in attendance and a packed exhibition floor showcasing the latest in software, services, and innovation, Sage Future was once again a celebration of the Sage ecosystem and where it’s heading next.
Across three days of keynotes and breakout sessions, there was a strong focus on AI and how finance teams can operate more efficiently in an increasingly digital world. From insightful discussions to great conversations on the stand, the event created plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and share ideas.
The Chaser team had a brilliant time, and while we’re already looking forward to next year’s event, here are some of the standout highlights from this year:
Reconnecting with Chaser customers
One of the most rewarding parts of the event was catching up with existing Chaser customers in person. Hearing how teams are saving time, reducing debtor days, and staying in control of credit risk is always a great reminder of the real impact of strong credit control processes.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share your experiences. These conversations are always a highlight and incredibly valuable.
AI and the future of finance
AI continued to be a major theme throughout the event, with a clear shift towards more proactive and predictive finance.
It was great to see how much momentum there is across the industry, and how finance teams are increasingly looking for tools that help them stay ahead rather than react to issues.
At Chaser, this is something we’re passionate about. With features like AI-recommended chasing times and payment behaviour insights, finance teams can prioritise the right customers, improve cash flow, and reduce manual effort without adding complexity.

Meeting Sage users and partners
We had the chance to speak with a large number of Sage users who were new to Chaser. Many were surprised by how easily Chaser integrates with platforms like Sage Intacct, Sage 200, and Sage 50, and even more interested once they saw how it can support faster payments and better visibility over receivables.
It was also great to connect with so many Sage partners. There were some really strong conversations around how credit control fits into a broader advisory offering, and how partners can better support clients with late payments and cash flow challenges.
There’s a clear opportunity here, and we’re excited to continue building on those conversations.
Chaser merchandise
If you stopped by the Chaser stand, you probably saw (or picked up) one of our lip balms.
They quickly became a bit of a hit over the three days, and it was great to see so many people coming back to grab one or bringing colleagues over. A small thing, but a fun way to connect with people throughout the event.
Sage Fest
Of course, Sage Fest was another highlight. With great food, entertainment, and a relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect way to round off a busy few days.
The Sage team did an excellent job bringing everyone together and creating a really enjoyable experience.
What’s next
After a great few days in San Francisco, the focus now shifts to the next event.
The team is looking forward to Accountex London 2026 next week, where we’ll be continuing conversations with accountants, bookkeepers, and finance professionals.
And of course, the countdown to next year’s Sage Future has already begun.
